The Panther Initiative funds essential mentorship, tutoring, and career readiness programs. Our mentorship program pairs athletes with professionals in their desired fields, providing hands-on guidance, real-world insights, and the motivation to excel both in the classroom and in life. Additionally, we offer SAT/ACT prep, college counseling, and tailored support that helps them prepare for higher education and the workforce.
